the staff helped me. they always acted in a friendly manner. the room was very clean I enjoyed this hotel. the breakfast had a lot of options it was very rich.
the pool was not big, it could be larger. the location isn't the best. it is far from many locations.

The room was large and offered plenty of space to relax after a busy day. a free shuttle to dubai mall and la mer beach was very convenient. It saved on transportation costs. i appreciated this service very much. the swimming pool was nice, too.

the breakfast area featured a selection of pastries, cereals, and hot dishes, all neatly presented. the coffee machine was self-service and easy to use, very helpful. fruit juices were also available.

I appreciated the hotel staff being responsive to requests. They allowed an early check-in. The breakfast selection offered rich choices. The pool area had astonishing views. I enjoyed the comfortable bed, TV, bathtub and views of the city skyline from afar.
The noise from the hallway was disruptive since the door lacked soundproofing. I could hear everything happening in the corridor.

the breakfast was worth paying for. the staff are helpful. i was glad the gym was adequate. the bus service was helpful for getting around.
the reception was noisy because of the poll table. they gave a first floor room which meant sleeping was hard. there was noise from the cars. valet parking was unavailable there.
